Q. What if I have feedback about the content and want to discuss it?

Q. Does Songwork offer classes or lesson plans?
A. We do not provide classes or lesson plans, but as a member you'll receive our monthly newsletter which includes suggestions for videos that work well together to strengthen specific tools and techniques.

Q. I encountered a technical problem with one of the videos. What do I do?
A. Email Diana at customer-service@songwork.com. Please include your Username.

Q. Can I use PayPal to pay for my membership?
A. If you want to set up a monthly subscription using PayPal, contact Diana at customer-service@songwork.com.

Q. What if I have trouble with billing?
A. Contact Diana at customer-service@songwork.com. Please include your Username.

Q. Can I connect to Songwork using my iPad or other wireless hand held device?
A. Not yet. We will be upgrading our video player soon to allow this functionality.

Q. Are Songwork videos available for download or purchase?
A. No. Songwork videos are only available to Songwork members.

Q. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A. You can cancel your paid membership at any time. You will be refunded for the number of full months remaining in your paid membership (there are no refunds for partial months). When you cancel, your access to the paid membership website is immediately terminated.
